Legal Notice
Version 1.0 — Last updated: 29 August 2026
1. Identification
In accordance with Article 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the following information is provided about the person responsible for this website:
- Owner: Sergi Lozano Bellette, acting in a personal capacity and not as a company or registered association
- Operating under the name: NOXRT (NOX Racing Team)
- Located in: Barcelona, Spain
- Website: noxrt.com
- Contact: infonoxrt@gmail.com
2. Purpose of this website
NOXRT is an amateur sim racing team. This website exists to present the team, its drivers, its race calendar and its car liveries, and to give team members a private area from which to work.
It is not a shop and it is not a commercial service. Nothing is sold, no payment is taken, and no advertising is carried. Access to the public pages is free and requires no account.
3. Terms of use
By using this website you agree to use it lawfully and in good faith. In particular, you agree not to:
- Attempt to gain access to any part of the site, account or system for which you have not been given authorisation
- Interfere with the normal operation of the site, or attempt to interrupt, overload or damage it
- Introduce malicious code of any kind
- Extract content systematically by automated means without permission
- Use the NOXRT name, logo or materials in a way that suggests an association or endorsement that does not exist
We may restrict or withdraw access to any person who does not respect these terms.
4. Team Portal accounts
The Team Portal is a private area. Accounts are created by us for people who are part of the team; they cannot be requested or self-registered.
An account is personal and non-transferable. The person it belongs to is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for everything done through their account. If you believe your account has been used by somebody else, tell us at the address above so that we can act on it.
Material available in the Portal — car setups, race briefings and telemetry — is shared internally for the team’s own use. It is not to be redistributed, published or passed to third parties, including to other teams, without our permission.
5. Intellectual property of NOXRT
The NOXRT name and logo, the design and structure of this website, its texts, its own photographs and graphics, and the source code written for it, belong to the site owner or are used with the right to do so. They are protected by Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 (the Intellectual Property Act) and by the international treaties that apply in this field.
Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of this material is not permitted without prior written authorisation, except as expressly allowed by law.
Sharing a link to a page of this site, or quoting from it with attribution, is welcome and needs no permission.
6. Third-party trademarks
This is a website about motorsport, and motorsport is full of other people’s trademarks. It is worth being explicit about them.
The names, logos and marks of car manufacturers, of the racing simulators and games in which the team competes, of championships and organisers, and of the circuits that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used here for descriptive and informational purposes only — to say which car, which game, which series and which track — which is a legitimate reference to the goods and services of their owner.
NOXRT is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or otherwise connected to any of those manufacturers, publishers, championships or circuits, unless a specific relationship is stated on this site in so many words.
Where the logos of partners or supporters appear on this site, they are shown with the permission of the organisation concerned and remain that organisation’s property.
If you own a mark that appears here and you would rather it did not, write to infonoxrt@gmail.com and we will remove it.
7. Liveries and car designs
The liveries shown on this site are designs made by or for the team, for use on virtual cars within racing simulators. The design itself is ours. The underlying car model, and any manufacturer marking that forms part of it, belongs to the manufacturer and to the publisher of the simulator.
A livery may not be downloaded, reused, modified or applied by anyone outside the team without our permission. Equally, we do not claim any right over the vehicles, brands or simulators the liveries are applied to.
8. Links to other sites
This site links to external services, including Discord, Instagram, Twitch and TikTok, and may link to championship or organiser pages.
Those links are provided for convenience. We do not operate those services, we have no control over their content or their availability, and we accept no responsibility for either. Following a link takes you to a site governed by its own terms and its own privacy policy, which are between you and its operator.
9. Availability and liability
This site is offered as it is. We make a reasonable effort to keep the information on it accurate and the site available, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions, nor that it will be available without pause — hosting, connectivity and maintenance are not entirely within our control.
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for damage arising from the use of this site, from the temporary unavailability of it, or from the presence of errors in its content. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
10. Personal data
The processing of personal data through this website is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this notice and should be read together with it.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
This notice is governed by Spanish law.
Any dispute arising from the use of this website shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Barcelona, Spain, save where a mandatory rule of law establishes a different jurisdiction — in particular, where the other party is a consumer resident in another Member State of the European Union and the applicable rules give them the right to bring or defend proceedings before the courts of their own country of residence.
12. Changes to this notice
This notice is versioned and dated at the top of the page. It may be updated where the site, the team’s activity or the applicable law changes, and the version and date are revised whenever it is.
